Image
Hola! (Hi!) I am back with one of my video game reports! Hmmm..... were was I? Oh yeah, so the game's name is Grand Mountain. In this game, you find your way out of the snow and go to some crazy hard places but (WARNING ⚠ ) this game doesn't end unless the player falls. There are two lower buttons that control your character- oops I didn't tell you how to change you characters ski or snow board. You press a button on the top right hand corner and you will see options like Snow Board, Skies, Curved Skies and Curved Snow Board. Now even farther of the top right hand corner there is a picture of a telescope. The telescope shows  everything around you. The last button has the map icon which lets you change your mountain but don't expect it to be too easy.                                                         ...

My jealous story and how I overcame

Image
Hi guys here I am! Today my story is about an incident when I was jealous and how I overcame it.  My sister and I had given an English Olympiad test and we both got the same score (37/40).  image credit: NSO For some reason Anushka got in 17 place for third grade but I got 388 place for second grade . We both got a medal of distinction and certificates. But Anushka also got 7 dollars as prize money. In Rs Anushka got 500. We didn’t know that 500 Rs equal to 7 dollars so my sister said, “I will give you two hundred!” But we realized it was 7 dollars. Also, Anushka changed her mind about giving me money!  I felt like I did bad, Anushka was way better than me, I didn’t know anything even when we got the same score. I was confused that the judges gave money for the kids’ education. I cried and wondered “why don’t the judges give money to everyone!” I also thought Anushka would buy toys with her money and that was where I got jealous.  I felt better because my mom s...

My role model

Image
Today I am going to tell you about my role model. It is my sister Anushka, she inspires me to do things, and she is important to me because she helps me when I need it. To me a role model is someone who shows growth mindset. Anushka shows growth mindset because she takes challenges and helps others. Anushka taught me how to draw. When I was five and six Anushka used her drawing skills to teach me how to draw. I observed her so I asked her and she taught me. She challenged herself by teaching me and helping me to do it. I thought it was challenging for her because she was a kid and she was teaching a peer when she was young. Then, she taught me how to do a blog. I got inspired by her detailed writing so I started writing in kindergarten. I observed she was working hard so I got super excited and got inspired to do it. She challenged herself by writing blogs at the age of seven and inspiring at a young age.  Also, she helps me in finishing my lunch and dinner. First, I wouldn’t finis...

Stop Bullying!

Image
I will change the world by stopping bullying. To me, bullying means hitting others, saying rude things, and writing mean notes to someone's email on internet.  Want to hear some bullying stories? One day, when I was in kindergarten, my class was going to lunch.  I saw a fifth grader bulling a younger child. I didn't see much but I still did not like it when the fifth grader slapped the child because bulling is not okay for me. Hitting is not good because it could make the other child feel hurt and that would be mean. I think the person who was hitting was feeling mad, sad, or jealous because that is how you feel when your bucket is empty. I think the child who was getting hit must be feeling hurt and scared.  My second story is about some tall fourth and fifth graders who bullied my sister and I by saying mean things.  One afternoon, my mom took my sister and I to the park. My mom sat in the parks bench to do some work. We both ran to the spiny wheel. Just then...

Cool Video Game!

Image
What is this game about?   Stabifsh.io is a game where you try to defeat the other fishes. There are some big weapons that attach to the fish and that is how you defeat them.   Your character   First, when you go to stabfish you get a random fish. If you want to change your fish, then, you go to another little option of a body. You click on the body and lots of fishes appear as choices. Some might be locked because you might have not done enough work. Now about changing your weapons. So, you have a place to look at your open weapons. But you still have to unlock them. Now, about the accessories. There are two accessory buttons. The first button has these types of accessories. The other one is this. You again have to unlock accessories!   What I like about the game   What I like about the game is that you can earn lots of weapons.   I also love this game because I can imagine this in real life (kind of playing a show).   ...

All About Fairness!

Image
Who here likes fairness? Great! Today I am going to tell you about a man who fought for fairness all his life. Hi, I am Ananya Tyagi, and I am going to tell you about Martin Luther King. Martin was born in Atlanta. His hobbies were writing, walking, and making speeches. He disliked the unfair laws for example black people must sit in the back of buses and white and black people had different offices. Martin disliked the difficult laws because he wanted fairness. Martin learned about the unfair laws because one day Martin and his brother A.D were looking for their playmates who were white and they said, “We can’t play with you because you are black, and we are white.” So, then their mom explained them about the laws. Martin was a civil rights activist. He changed the world by non-violent protest. Non-violent protest means peacefully fighting for your rights. Martin’s only dream was to end segregation between white and black people. Martin soon told a speech called “I have a Drea...
